Welcome to Central Iowa Pool & Spa, your headquarters for all your home recreational needs. We carry top-quality Above Ground and In Ground Pools, Spas, Pool Tables, Game Tables, and Grills as well as a complete line of BioGuard water care products. We've combined these products along with a highly trained staff to create a company that values trust, reliability, and integrity. Our customers expect nothing less.

Better than average. Good supply of parts and chemicals. I think they should make some simple kits of chemicals that they could sell for a whole season that would save several trip s a year.

I called to ask about having my liner replaced and spoke with Mario.  He quoted me $6000-$8000 to replace the liner with the thinnest liner you can get. I said I thought that sounded kind of high because I had shopped around and found thicker liners for $1300.  I asked if they could just measure the pool and I get the liner somewhere else and he said that would be no problem they could do it for $300. I made an appointment 3 MONTHS in advance to have my pool measured for a new liner and they didn't show. I called them the day before the appointment to confirm and they said they would be there between 2-4. Got a call the day of and they (Mario) said it was going to be another 2 weeks. It's been a month and still haven't heard from Mario. Called Valley pool and they will be out next week.  If they are making so much money that they don't have time for small jobs that's understandable, just say so but it's extremely poor customer service to say you are going to do something (3 MONTHS in advance) and then not keep your word.

Mario and his staff are the best. They are all extremely knowledgeable and very patient with new pool and spa owners.

They have awesome customer staff and Mario and his guys always get the job done!

They have a great customer service. They installed a pump for me promptly in the past and also follow up quickly on the same day when I thought I had issues with the pump. They took care of everything and very professional. Highly recommended
