I would not say I had the greatest experience with their office or how it is run. However Dr. McDonald himself seemed knowledgable as well as a couple of other staff. However I would not say that listening is a strength probably mainly due to how many people he must see. Sometimes it is too busy to really have time to talk about conditions or symptoms. Nothing really earth shattering though. I have been to ENT doctors for about 28 years and it is pretty similar when compared.

Dr. McDonald, Yolanda and their staffs is an excellent professional group, they really care, I am 71 years old, I been having ears troubles for 15 years, my primary doctor just could not get it well, and just one visit to Dr. McDonald office, my ear infection is GONE. I just amazed and can't thanks them enough, he even found the tumor in my throat that I didn't even know it was there. Thank you Dr. McDonald and his staff, they saved my life.
