At this point, it appears I'll need allergy shots for the rest of my life. COENT staff have always been very careful to ensure I get the right dose at the right times in a safe, efficient way. Their sinus and audiology folks have helped me in numerous ways over the years. They always put my best interests first and we sort out any "red tape" problems later. I highly recommend COENT!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Basanez.  He was very caring and asked me several times during the procedure if I was OK.  He took notes for his file and explained clearly what he thought would be the right course for future appointments.  Highly recommend him.

Very friendly and through. I had been feeling poorly for 3 months, my doctor referred me to Central Oregon Ears Nose and Throat and within a few minutes they had a diagnosis and a plan. I left feeling confident that my health was going to improve!

I have been going to Dr. Gallivan since 2009.   He is a wonderful doctor and has become a friend to us as well.  His medical expertise  literally gave my life a chance to be better.

As a former medical practice administrator I can attest there is a level of patient care at COEnt that is seldom found in most medical practices. Dr. Gallivan is pleasant, highly competent, exceptionally trained and professional. The results from my pituitary tumor resection could not have been better ( a complicated procedure btw). Also, his medical assistant is one of the best I have met in my management career. Kudos to the entire staff.
