Dr.Ferguson is amazing. She has a great personality and a true desire to help and see what is the problem of situations. So thankful to have her as my Neurologist. I have never felt like I’ve been in such good hands and I have been to several specialist. I am very happy with my treatment at this office and the staff is as amazing.

We transferred from another Neurology group in the area, and with the first visit with Dr. Ferguson, we are very pleased. It's a little hard to get to the office, what with having to deal with the parking garage and a long walk over the skybridge, but the waiting room with its scenic view to the south was as delightful a medical office environment as I've ever encountered. The staff was efficient and polite. but the star of our visit was Dr. Ferguson herself. At last, a physician who obviously cares! She devoted an extraordinary amount of time trying to get a handle on my husband's case, has a few new ideas which give us hope, and asked us to call in a week to let her know how the new meds were working. I feel we're in exceptional hands.

Dr. Englander has been amazing (5+ stars for him) but I haven’t had a positive experience with any of the women behind the desk yet...and I’ve been going regularly for over a year now. They have been not only unhelpful, but straight up rude on several occasions and I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve called during business hours and had nothing but an endlessly ringing line with no message or answer whatsoever. I realize they are busy dealing with many patients, but I’ve called multiple times an hour or so before their “lunch” time stated on the recording and still had no answer or means of leaving a message...I can’t help but suspect they are leaving early for their breaks or at the very least, poorly organizing such breaks. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but after multiple attempts in the last two days (and many past occasions) to get ahold of my doctor I have had NO success.

They cancelled on me. Rescheduled then I waited an 1.5 hrs while doc went to lunch. When my visit was scheduled at 1115.

too bad i can't give half stars. the only good thing about this clinic is the office staff. Drs are chickenshit. To bad Dr Estevez quit but seeing other doctors here, I can see why
