3 years cancer free after being diagnosed with CCRCC. Being younger (since people didn’t think it was cancer), I got bounced around prior to coming to Oregon Urology, but once there I was immediately diagnosed and received first class care. Surgery schedule team is incredible. The whole team is great and I can’t say enough about my surgeon Dr. Brady Walker. Quite literally owe him my life. I’ve been able to continue a 25 year history of volunteerism that serves the larger community. Follow ups are consistent. They are on the cutting edge of technology. I never wait long for appointments. Considering the rather morbid nature of my condition, I couldn’t imagine a group of people handling it better than the people here. It’s what you would imagine care should be. These people are truly all-stars in the profession.

-Very rude receptionists. -Intentionally unhelpful. -Very long wait times on phone. -scheduling far out. -inconvenient location. -Arbitrary policy’s creating a labrynth to get care. -Failed to submit lab request form. - After recall to get lab request resent, still haven’t faxed order, currently waiting over 1/2 hour for them to send the form, If they do at all... - Stessfull incompasionate attitude at the desk. - unfortunately, any urologist I could find in the area is part of this group, they have a monopoly on market, or you might say -they have us by the balls!

Services are good, customer service is awful. I had to call out of an appointment due to being called into work. The lady on the phone just rescheduled it for me. Totally fine? No, I got a call today that I have to pay a $50 deposit to make sure I go to my next appointment. I was also told that the woman that I spoke to before didn't know about this. Instead of honoring their mistake, I was charged the $50.

First no parking, you would think they would polite enough to warn you of this issue, there wasn't even street parking. Get in and see it has different suites, well they didn't care to give me a suite number or a doctor's name. So I called twice no one cares to do their job like answer the phone. So I go into one of the suites, the lady there was polite and helpful, unfortunately that's not the correct suite. So we go across the hall the lady there is rude, cold, distant, and uncaring and not just to me but everyone who spoke to her. The waiting room is dirty windows, floors, and the walls you can see have dirt caked on for who knows how long. We had an appointment at 10:15am said if we are not doing the online check in to come at 9:30am, but I did that so it said to come in at 10:00 am, which by some miracle we did make it in by 10:00 am. A woman came in after us had the same appointment time as us and got in right away! But we are still waiting at 10:30 am tons of people have gone in and some even came out! So I asked the issue she calls the back I can hear them say they skipped over us but the lady lies to me and says they have no rooms open and it should only be 5 minutes longer! Oh no I'm done filth and lies is all this place is, I would rather die then go to them, because chances are with the filth you will die if you go see them.

Our 3 year old has painful blood in her urine,and her PCP referred us to Dr.Ferguson 5 weeks ago! At week 2 we called to check on status of referral,and they said we should get a call the next day. never did.At 5 weeks we called again,and they still hadn't gotten to it! I voiced that this is too long for a toddler to be in pain,and she got us scheduled for another 5 weeks away! 5 mins later they called us back to say Dr.Ferguson would like us to be referred to OHSU which is another 8 week or more wait!!!!! such poor service.
