Absolute best place in NYC. They treat my baby like it is their won. Great place and tremendous people and I am really a dog snob. I would not think twice about leaving my loved one there. They are like family.

This is their new location. I went to their old location 2 years ago and I received an email from them about their new location so I decided to give them another try. I don't see the lady groomer that I used to see often. The groomer the owner has replaced her with is absolutely disrespectful, and he takes zero responsibility for his actions, blaming me even. He gave me such a bad attitude that I paid and rushed home. He cut my dogs ear and didn't tell me, so when I got home and saw blood I freaked out. Now it's infected. They didnt ask me for my dog's shot record so I wouldnt be surprised if my puppy contracted a disease from this place. BEWARE
