Really great pet friendly place, they even have little things like free water for your dogs. Prices are just okay, however a lot of sales happen at this location at different times. I recommend signing up for the free Petco membership card. There is a huge selection of different pet food here, like really good but pricey organic pet food, it goes to you pay for quality though. A lot of the workers at this place seem to really care about pets so that's nice also. Good experience overall.

Middle of the day. 2 pm on friday. Not a busy time. Put on hold 3 times. Waited 8minutes to talk to someone. Call back put on hold again 8 MINUTES. TRIED AGAIN. PHONE MUSIC. No one expects instant service, but this branch clearly does not care about phone calls. 

HEY CORPORATE: THIS IS WHY AMAZON IS EATING YOUR LUNCH.
PROVIDE SOME GODDAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE

went tbere dor tve first time to buy supplies for my new cat.  I was treated with royalty and they took their time to understand what I need and what I don't.  I'll be a regular this place from now on.  Thank you guys!!

This is a great location with a huge selection for all pet lovers.  I have a dog and have been taking him to Petco now for a few months.  I used to do it myself and tried this location based on a friends recommendation. I won't go anywhere else.  Jennifer is the best and my dog Winston sits so nice for her (unbelievable!)  There is a ton of free parking and a shopping center to enjoy while you wait.

Went to find a Koi betta today. I counted about 6 dead bettas. Half of the live ones looked like they were on the way out. I found one sorry looking koi with clamped fins and pitiful looking. Against my better judgement, I decided to take him and hopefully, nurse him back to health. On top of that, I bought some shrimp and the employee that was helping me needs to take care of her hygiene. Geez! Will never be shopping in this store again. Union square location is much better. Need to do a better job with your bettas. You are losing money and poor fish :(
