The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. The biggest downside is that the city frequently posts "No Parking" notices in the lots. This is a huge inconvenience to not be able to park in areas that you are paying to park in. There is also no notification of these postings, even if you are signed up for an online account. It seems like it would be very easy for them to send out a mass e-mail notifying customers when certain areas were going to be "No Parking" areas.

Worst parking lot!!!! Be careful! You might NOT GET OUT of this lot, you might be LATE FOR WORK and you might find that EVERYONE who works or is associated with this lot could CARE LESS. I'd give 5 negative stars if possible.

Sorry but the worst service. Youll find many of the ones in office rude and insensitive.
