If we could do less than 1 star we would. My husband and I had a system of theirs in the house we recently moved out of, never again!It was trouble from the start. The installation was more expensive than originally quoted and we were being double billed more than once. The biggest problem though was their customer service, they are soo rude!! And good luck getting a tech out to repair your system. The next biggest problem was when we went to cancel, even though we were out of our contract, apparently it AUTO RENEWS if you don't cancel 30 days before your contract is up, so now I'm battling that bill, and we don't even live there anymore. Big bummer wish I would have read more online reviews before signing up with them.

If you need a solid alarm company that has the latest technology and is really easy to use, look no further, just call my friend, Sherman Whitney! I am a pretty busy and impatient guy and change tends to slow life down a bit so the idea of switching alarm companies sounded like a pain. My old alarm company was not bad but it was definitely outdated. Sherman assured me that the transition would be easy, quick, and smooth. I am always skeptical but I am happy to say that it was atually better than promised. Eduardo came, installed what he needed, showed me how to use it, got me set up online and left without a mess or a fuss. Because the system has been so easy to use, I decided to put an alarm on our home. Again, Sherman took good care of us and Eduardo installed without any hassle. Now I know who is going in my home and office and I know it is secure.

Sherman (our rep) came to our home and evaluated the current system we had in place. He proposed an upgraded system that we have been completely satisfied with. The ability to control various components of our system from various smart devices has met our needs. The installation was flawless, the work was 100% to our satisfaction and the installer was both informative and his experience was represented in his work. We will recommend Central Security Group to all who inquire. The Jacobs Family Orangevale, CA

This is a great security/monitoring company! Sherman Whitney provided outstanding service and the switchover from the old security/monitoring company was flawless. On top of all that, they were less costly! I highly recommend them for your security/monitoring needs!

For the second time we have had an experience with this company that defies logic. We accidentally set off the alarm when a cover fell off one of the exterior doors. The company called and a few minutes later we returned the call. We advised them we were safe and asked if they had notified authorities. They not only said they hadn't, they said they would not call in any event until after 8pm, despite the fact that the incident occurred at 5:30pm. My question is..why have them at all if they won't respond to an alarm breach. This apparently is their "normal policy" and has convinced me that as soon as our contract expires we will go back to ADT.
