I had a bumpy first day I had some items stolen in the parking lot! Unfortunately the parking lot staff (different company then Self-Storage) Were very much rude and disrespectful when we broached them about what they may have seen the moving van was basically right in front of them The storage staff and the neighbors were very much helpful showing the videos and saving them for us eventually we got some of our things back moral of this story: Obviously Do Not expect the lot to be secured at all with the attendants! Staff here are very courteous and just a Beautiful building great spaces and very competitive prices, the urinating on the floor a problem at every storage I have ever had acting surprised is kind of laughable but the staff keep it clean and I think out of all the facilities this one smells better than most the other one on 3rd actually had feces on the floor in the stairwell GROSS AND THE STAFF AT THAT ONE RUDEST I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED ESPECIALLY THAT MANAGER WE LEFT SHE IS SO RUDE. ANYWAY love Central though keep it up guys 6 stars

How are these people allowed to never be at the office or never answer the phone. If you are looking for customer service wrong location!! Is there any accountability to the customers? I'm highly disappointed and going to look for a different storage! Please don't waste your time and money.

If you're not into customer service then this place is perfect for you, because there is none. No-one ever is in the office nor answers/returns phone calls. Of course they will constantly pester you to pay your bill at the beginning, middle and end of each month regardless of your standing. Rates regularly go up but the service never will. Also, I've seen people sleeping in storage units there,...not cool!
