The customer service is great - Ray and Shan are so nice and helpful. Everything was set up quickly and professionally. The system to get in and out is excellent and we feel quite confident that things are safe. They came recommended through a moving company. The friendliness was why we chose them. Moving is super stressful and having the storage piece taken care of so easily made life a lot easier. Thank you!

I have used this location the last 4 years and have had a great experience each time. We live in Michigan and have had two daughters go to college in Minneapolis. We rent a storage unit each year for all the stuff I don't want to bring home each summer. Great staff, very helpful. Close to downtown.

I wish that I would not have rented here. The stench in this building is unbelievable. Everything I have removed from here smells so badly of mold and a beautiful crystal bowl that was left to me by my great aunt busted because of improper climate. I am so sad that I am literally stuck here because of finances. Now my beautiful couch needs a professional cleaning before I can move it in anywhere. The customer restroom is a health hazard. I am absolutely heartbroken.

Ray operates this branch very efficiently. He is pleasant, remembers customers & often greets them by name. He keeps everything clean & presentable. I have used this storage twice and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Over the 9 years or so I've lived in SE Mpls, my clients and myself have used this facility at least 6 different times, renting most of the 9 years. Best thing : Ray, the manager , is a straight shooter... you will get what you thought you agreed . They have all manner of stuff to pack, and equipment to use during loading and unloading; but the ' no surprises' is what really works for me.
