It doesn't take them very long to pick you up... I enjoy the ride!!!!

Don't like centra buses. I am handicapped and they don't care. At least the Marion county buses care and let you on their buses.

I'm a disabled Veteran that has to use the VA bus from Clarksburg to Pittsburgh, on occasion. I was absolutely floored when in January 2015, a female Centra bus driver, pulled her bus across the entrance and exit to the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center, to block our bus from leaving. Although our bus usually parks in a parking lot, which is hard to get to for disabled vets, this time he was told to pull into the circular traffic driveway, by the doors, due to the dangerously low temperatures. I contacted Centra West Virginia, Clarksburg, and never received a reply. Why is a centra bus employee allowed to block the entrance/exit to a VA medical center? Why do we have to walk over curbs and across grass to get to the parking lot to load the bus, when we have vets in wheelchairs? Why are Centra buses allowed to park by the doors, for the civilian employees?
