-50 stars!!! Awful service. Drivers are more concerned with "being on time," that they will leave waving patrons stranded on the side of the road. I was early but the driver pulled away several minutes before the departure time to get ahead of a parade. Leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar city. Customer service could do nothing for me either, but say wait for the next bus and hope that there's room for me. If not I have to camp out overnight on the street until the next bus (tomorrow). Needless to say I will never be taking a greyhound again. Awful service, worse customer service: if you can help it save yourself the trouble and use another bus line; if you can't help it get to the stop several hours earlier than the time recommended because they will leave earlier then specified and do absolutely nothing to help their paying customers.

I have been waiting since 8:15 am for my bus to arrive, and it still isn't here. The people I had to talk to on the phone were terrible. They kept talking over me and couldn't even get my number and when they did told me they would have Greyhound call me and they never did. This bus is only coming from Pittsburgh I am at a loss to where the 3 hrs that have passed went ? Thus compay has no one but a piss poor tracker to tell you where the bus even is. They need dispatchers or a text notification if they ever want to have good service. I doubt they even care about their service. Half the time they are waiting on a bus driver to take up the drive that should've been settled before hand. Pathetic. Absolutely terrible.

The owner of this stop smokes in the office.. I had throat cancer 2 years ago... after my surgery to have it removed I could not longer be around cigarette smoke it swells my throat, I lose my voice, it a vary scary feeling... I asked the owner to bring my luggage (that was lost for over 2 weeks) to the front of the office being he was smoking. He refused tossed his cigarette in the ash tray and pointed at my luggage... I had to walk through his smoke to retrieve my luggage... VARY RUDE MAN....

Never answers their calls, I had missed my bus there several time even by showing up early from the scheduled time
