Would give 0 if I could!!!! Called about getting ridses to and from dialysis only to be told them don't come through the part of town I live in+ which is not a bad town.

Had to use mta while car was in shop, everyone was very friendly and helpful and John the mta driver is super nice and friendly too

Not a frequent rider, but my son is from time to time. If I’m not home, or unable to get him to work, as long as one of us calls to schedule him a ride at least a half hour before he needs to be there, we usually don’t have a problem. It is however somewhat of an inconvenience if you need a ride and it’s after 4 pm. The office closes at 4 and they don’t accept calls after that time, but they continue to give rides until 8pm. That can be a definite hassle at times.

Vehicles are Very clean, polite and professional drivers..I would recommend them highly! You want to go to Dr's appt or shopping call them.

If they ran on the weekend and past 5 they would really be killing it
