I am working on finding a home in  holiday lake estates and that horrible excuse of an  agent (francine spector) refused to transfer an inspection report to the seller as I requested.
Her excuse was: My seller is a very nice man and you are not a nice man (never met me and first time on the phone) and I do not want   you to have any direct contact with the seller. He might have a  heart attack.
She should be embarrassed in the customer service that she provides. I am planning to buy 3-5 properties in the next 5 years and I will avoid any property that she will be related to.
