I asked Tracy to counter the Best Offer with a request that the buyer pay half the buyer closing costs and she refused! I didn’t ask for a price increase, I just wanted half the closing costs to be paid by the buyer, but Tracy wouldn’t ask. 

She also snidely ignored the fact that one of my offers DID IN FACT have a loan qualification letter. When I asked about the letter she just said NO THEY DONT HAVE ONE. Did Tracy have a buyer or buyers agent in mind, and hide info from other buyers? 

I guess I should have gone to real estate school before I sold my house but I thought her training IS WHAT I WAS PAYING HER FOR. I am now working with the Idaho Real Estate Commission about Tracy’s questionable behavior. This deck was stacked against before I ever walked into her office.

We've used High Desert/Century 21 as our go-to folks for well over a decade, multiple properties (both buying and selling).  Anyone can buy and sell real estate but to do it correctly, you really need to find someone who gets you and looks out for your best interests.  We've used two of their agents, Leann Neal and Doug Page.  They both are professional and have a terrific pulse of our market-I'm grateful they do as together they've saved us a bundle.  We highly  recommend their integrity and smart brains-they know what they're doing and how to best maneuver the real estate in Idaho Falls.
Leann has always cheerfully made herself available to accommodate our  busy schedules.  She works hard to keep us up-to-date on all the zillion of details involved with each piece of the puzzle.  She makes this look easy with unbeatable customer service.  She's savvy and knows her stuff.
Doug has recently retired but Leann has filled big shoes, beautifully!

We went through Larry at Century 21 High Desert and if I could give him a million stars, I would. He was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got the perfect house. As first time home buyers we were nervous and clueless, but Larry guided us and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do. He is very knowledgable and generous. I strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Honorable, honest people are hard to come by and I never had a doubt in my mind that Larry would be trustworthy and I have great respect for his dignity! He helped our dreams come true!
