We are first-time home buyers, and our experience with realtors has been mixed. We initially worked with Kris at Silvercreek Realty 9 months ago when we first gained interest in buying a home. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the timing wasn't right, so we held off for a few more months. We then saw homes with other agents in another city, and were pretty disappointed in the caliber of service we received. They all were commission focused, and didn't listen well to what we asked for in a home. We reached back out to Kris, and he didn't miss a beat. He followed up on where we had left off months ago, remembered details about our personal lives that made us feel like he cared. He proved later that he did indeed care about what we wanted and needed. He showed us homes left and right, answered midnight (and later) phone calls and messages. He fought for our best interest, and won our trust. When we backed out of a house because we were feeling like it wasn't the right choice, he stood behind us, and didn't give any pressure to move forward anyway since we were so close to closing. Consistently, he negotiated the deal we wanted with the other agent and the sellers to get us the price we wanted and needed. Old fashioned service is what we got from Kris, and we whole-heartedly recommend you give him a shot.

Not an issue with the company, just one realtor Kelsey McNair. She was helping buyers on our home. We abided by everything in our contract for purchase. She, at the last moment, called our realtor and said we didn't clean them. Wrong. She even called the company that cleaned the carpets telling him that she knows they were cleaned, but wanted them cleaned again and to charge our realtor full price. She continued harassing our realtor (who is awesome and very patient) up to when we closed on the home. Our realtor told her that she hopes they never have to work on a home deal together again. If you do business with Silvercreek realty, DO NOT use Kelsey McNair. She is dishonest and very unprofessional. She burns bridges with other realtors to where they don't want to work with her. This will make it more difficult for you to get a good deal on a home because of lack of willing to work with her.
