Story

Century 21 Department Store, a NYC icon for more than 50 years, is legendary for its exceptional offering of designer brands at amazing prices. Century 21 remains a leader in high-end off-price fashion retail, offering men's, women's and children's apparel, footwear, outerwear, lingerie and accessories, along with beauty and home goods at select stores and online at C21Stores.com. The retailer is headquartered in Downtown Manhattan with 10 stores total. Locations in New York include Lincoln Square, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. There are three stores in New Jersey: Paramus, Morristown and Elizabeth. Century 21 Department Store opened its first store outside of the New York Metro area in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and continues to expand in new markets. Business Associate and frequent flyer over here. They have name brand clothing and at some good prices. Female employee in the handbag section, however, is extremely unprofessional. Told me to put handbag items I was taking pictures of back where they belonged as if it was my job. Let me put this out there; I put handbags back where they were prior to when she talked to me. It doesn't mean I had to put items back where they belonged either; that's why employees are hired to work and not be idle. It is not an employees place to tell a customer to do a job, in which the employee was hired to do. Staff need to be trained (or at least her) on how to properly and effectively interact with customers as you are supposed to be representing your store and the company's image, and keep the customers coming back and at least content with their store experience.

Managers treats very bad with attitude when ur going to return something. Girls at the cashier are very friendly but the 2 managers are very snappy, rude and very slow to help special Shimeek the one of the head managers as she said. Managers need to get retrain and not to be rude

This is THE place to get THE best deals - however, you have to be a frequent visitor since stock at hand changes rapidly...sometimes when you go here, you may find "nothing worth while", whereas, another time you may find more than you bargained for...

The girl in the fitting room is extremely rude, her name is Maylyn. She spoke to myself and my sister like we were peasants, it was horrible, no smile, no nothing. I almost didn't buy anything from there but my sister said to ignore. I'm never going again
