Today, my Girlfriend's Customer Service Experience with your organization was less than sterling. She has been a consistent buyer with your store. Today by way of your Newport Store's Marginal Assistant Sales Person, that experience seems to be heading towards the toilet. A simple watch exchange was compared to an automobile accident claim. How many people did we have to talk too just for simple service?

Easy to navigate through with lots of parking and clean on the inside and in order. Check out lines were all open and so no one was waiting like Walmart have you and just a smooth experience.

Not very clean kept store but I guess it could be excused by the ongoing remodelations

Only one cashier station open on each floor. That's why more people are shopping online, took longer waiting in line to pay than actually looking for clothes.
