Pam Miller goes above and beyond. Pam Miller just helped me find and purchase my forth house. I'm sure that if I had any other representative the deal would not have went through. Pam kept us update as to the status of everything and has been much more professional than any other Realtor that I've dealt with. When someone needed to be tracked down she was on top of it. Great experience despite issues with the other agent and a lack of communication, the title company (selected by the seller) was a mess, and the new mortgage agent at my bank.... smh. As originally stated... I'm sure that if I had any other representative the deal would not have went through. When you call ask for Pam Miller, she goes above and beyond.

After 5 calls and contact request via loopnet I never received a callback. Once I was put through to an agent who answered and stated he would call me back in 5 minutes but never did. I finally held for Jim who put the listing agent on the phone. Said agent stated that he would put me on his email list as the property I was interested in was under contract (a week and a half after my first contact attempt).  No email list notifications from them either as promised.

I went with my sister to look at a house on Belgrave.  She put a bid in on the house on the spot - there were no other bids at the time.  Pat Davis was the listing Realtor and my sister had her own realtor.  A call came in to my sister the following day by her realtor stating that the sellers accepted another offer!  They never let my sister even counter-offer!  She gave a very fair bid and would have gone higher.  Pat has also been the selling agent on my other sister's house a few years ago and she said that Pat did the same to her to get a higher bid and not split the commission with the other Realtor!  Very poor business practice!  I would never even look at a house that Pat Davis' name or Century 21 was affiliated with!  I have witnessed this myself!

I have to say out of all the Real Estate  brokers  I have done business with, Century 21 jw Morton by far out does them all when it comes to customer service, educating the customer about the market and providing good  support to there agents and office staff , your truly in the presence of professional real estate  I believe  when you see a company with minimal turn over it indicates the company is supporting there employees . When the agents and staff are happy to come to work , it definitely puts everyone in a good positive mind set when there with the customer. 
They truly care about the customers needs and are there for the customer before and after the sale. 
i call it relationship seller, Century 21 JW Morton believes in long term relationships. Highly recommend time spent with this company.

I walked into the office to obtain information about viewing a listing that Rena Cooper had on the market and also obtain information about selling of my home,(which I did list with her), I was greeted with friendliness and a smile which made me feel very comfortable, she was very professional and answered all my question's and I had also noticed that everyone in the office also was very friendly and made you feel right at home.  I would recommend my family, friends and neighbors to Century 21, JW Morton Realty
