We, my wife, Debbie, and I, consider it a privilege to write a review for Fred Franks, our realtor when we relocated to Ocala.  As we began our search for our new home, we contacted many realtors.  Fred Franks is the only one who responded.  We told him what we wanted:  size, price and location.  After many visits to homes,  Fred showed us just what we wanted.  Wonderful.  Not only, did he find the home we wanted, he has a wealth of knowledge about Ocala.  He provided us with the name and number of folks who could help us with some changes we wanted to make to our new home.  Fred continues to stay in contact and is always willing to help us.   It is an understatement to say Fred went over and beyond his role as a realtor. He is an asset to Ocala Real Estate Agents.

Great service! We moved from Missouri to Florida, and it was seamless.  Mr. Franks sent multiple videos of listings, as well as a final walk through video of the home we purchased.  He was there for us every step of the way.  As a veteran, going through the VA home loan process was easy with Mr. Franks.

Fred was an incredible help to us. We threw him a curve ball and decided to purchase a home while we were deployed in Antarctica. One can only imagine the challenges that Fred faced with finding us a home, checking out neighborhoods, video taping interiors and conveying that information to us - all via email and phone calls from 10,000 miles and 16 time zones away. Fred rose to every challenge and absolutely exemplified himself. We couldn't have completed this purchase without his patience and diligence. I highly recommend Fred to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Ocala area.

Fred Franks was a pleasure to work with. He always answers his calls and when he isn't able to he calls back right away. He made the home buying process easy especially as first time home buyers. I would recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him the next time we buy a house.
