Shelley Anderson has managed my property for years.  She is absolutely the best and I don't know what I would do without her!  My parents built the home that she manages for me and I grew up in that home.  It has a special place in my heart and Shelley understands how I feel.  I never need to worry that the property is well maintained.  She makes sure that any problems that arise are immediately taken care of, makes sure that any necessary repairs are done professionally and conducts regular inspections of the property making sure that the tenant is keeping the property in good condition both inside and outside.  Shelley is not only highly professional in her management but I feel like I have a good friend taking care of my home for me.  Shelley, thank you so very much for taking care of my home for me.

I rent a renovated house by a lake through ERA Grizzard. The realtor, Diane, was pleasant and accommodating from showing the house, the application process, and questions I had regarding the house (like where do I turn on the hot water? ) She made it convenient and easy to reach her, even on a weekend if I needed. The payment options are convenient;  on line or in person.  I am quiet, on time with my monthly rent payments and appreciate my privacy, therefore, I have had no issues or interruptions and enjoy the autonomy as a renter through Diane with ERA Grizzard.
I have no complaints and am so thankful to be right here for a year now.

Shelley, was the only Realtor that took the time we needed in measuring the rooms and laying out where our furniture would fit. Many, would want to give you a five minute tour and want you to make a quick decision. She is always available and willing to go the extra mile, to help resolve any issues that may occur. It has been a pleasure working with her and look forward to doing so in the future.

We have used ERA on several occasions to purchase and lease homes over the years  and have been very satisfied with the results. A excellent company to work with and Shelley, has been one of the best of many over that timeframe. We look forward, to working with her and this realty company again, in the near future.

I have worked with a member of the rental division for about 1 month. The current realtor attempting to rent my Lake House has always been readily available, responsive with good suggestions to help rent the property. She visited the house several times, met with my former renter, and gave me good suggestions on improving the property. The prior agent from this company who rented my Lake House in the past was also excellent. These folks are highly recommended.

My husband and I are so blessed to have Susanne as our property Manager.  She is the most responsible,  detail, knowledgeable, understanding person.  Even though we did not understand all of the process to rent our place, she took the time to explain and help us understand every part of it, with much calmness and professionalism.   There has never been a time that she would not calm all of our fears and questions.  She has made us feel  very at peace as we can count on Susanne for all of our concerns.   We highly recommend Susanne to EVERYONE , you will never be disappointed.
