My husband and I were connected with Elaine Knuth through USAA, and we couldn't have been happier with our agent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. I once joked that I would need a realtor who would put up with my millions of questions - that realtor is Elaine, except she answered most of my questions before I could get to them!

I highly recommend Elaine as a realtor, especially if you are a veteran using your VA benefits, because she has a great amount of experience and is happy to share that experience with her clients.

I recently purchased a home in Southfield and Stephen Hellis was my agent and he was OK I felt he got paid for nothing. I chose all of the homes I did all of the legwork and I think he changed his commission from 3.5 percent to 4 percent at the last second buyer beware.
