We want to thank Steve for getting the ball rolling and being there throughout the process of purchasing our home, support-wise and through providing his expertise and recommendations. We especially want to thank Lewis for his outstanding service, he truly took us on as if we were family, demonstrating concern with our best interest at heart.  He is fully competent in the details and follows up on everything. He was always there, offering advice and willing to get dirty poking around making sure everything was intact and worth the investment.  We were a little nervous at first going through a 'virtual' closing, but everyone at Team Norris did their part and we didn't even have to move from office to office or in the least travel around Raleigh (wouldn't have been a problem but this is much nicer). We cannot imagine a smoother experience from contract to closing!

Once I made my decision to sell my house, the luckiest day was when Steven became my realtor. I am not exaggerating. He came to my house and instantly I felt comfortable with him and the way he would be conducting the business of selling my home. He told me how we would be moving forward. His motto is "Keeping it real" and that is exactly what he did. He told me all the things that needed to be done to make the house market ready and since I had to leave he had his wonderful crew come in and made it all happen. Steven told me what he thought he could get for the house and with his fantastic negotiating skills that is exactly what I got. If you are looking for a realtor that is honest, knowledgeable, and does exactly what he says he is going to do, then Steven Norris is the realtor for you. If you are looking for a realtor that answers all your questions honestly and returns your phone calls in a timely manner, and with superior negotiating skills then Steven Norris is the realtor for you. If you are looking for a team that is efficient and and the paperwork done properly the first time, then Steven Norris and his team is for you. I loved working with Steven Norris realtor and will forever recommend him to everyone.

Steven represented us when selling our home. Due to his keen negotiation skills, he got us a full list price offer, no contingencies and super quick close. He advised us on every step of the process and was honest, upfront and incredibly knowledgeable. He also represented us when purchasing our new home. He got us a great price and he even got them to finish the screened porch and throw in a fridge. He knows his industry inside and out and works hard for what his clients want. We HIGHLY recommend him!
