We have been at our property for over three years and have not had an issue since moving in. All services needed for repair were taken care of promptly and without question. When moving in the agent was very helpful lining up showings of rental homes and was very friendly throughout the process. Besides frequent fluctuation in property managers we have enjoyed the property and felt very taken care of.

I recently worked with one of the agents , Nathan Chermely.  We were looking for a house to rent and saw that there was an open house.  I called the number that was listed and he actually picked up the phone!  This was shocking because I had been having horrible luck with getting in touch with other agents.  I would call and leave a voicemail in regards to a listing online and would never get a call back.  So anyways, the ever friendly Nathan answered the phone and gave me information on the house and was very nice about answering all my questions.  We showed up at the house and it just wasn’t quite what we wanted, but luckily for us, Nathan offered to help us find a place!  He found the perfect house for us right away with everything that I had on my list.  Not only that, he stayed up late helping us fill out confusing forms and was there to answer questions.  He will call and check on you and will let you know of something as soon as he hears something!  He is truly on the ball!!  You can tell he loves what he does and that he truly wants every family to find the perfect house!  We absolutely loved working with Nathan and plan on using him for when we buy a house! Thanks so much, Nathan!

An absolute wonderful experience. My wife and I decided to downsize from a 3 level home to a ranch. Leigh Roberts took our stated goal and with her enthusiasm, steadfast dedication and downright determination was able to get firm multiple offers in a matter of 2 days. We also utilized her expertise in helping us to build that dream ranch. She took all of the time we needed to help us execute the purchase of property and subsequent building of our residence. Leigh is one of those rare individuals who delivers on her promises. Whenever we hear of someone looking for a home or looking to sell, we enthusiastically recommend they place a call to Leigh. What a great place to work at and to visit! Always tech-savvy, knowledgeable real estate professionals ready to assist you when you stop by to get information on the real estate market, mortgage or other services. All of my clients that visited there are impressed with this office saying "this is the coolest real estate office we've seen". Check it out for yourself.. Office BIC and support staff are awesome and treat you like a family. But don't take my word for it, stop by today and tell me if I'm wrong ;)
