We hired Sharon to represent us in buying a home in the middle of May.  We had used her 2010 & happy to use retain her services this time.  She ended up saving us THOUSANDS in negotiations.  She is so cool/calm under immense pressure & definitely the person you want representing you.  She is smart, and fast, and very well informed.  Even after moving in she helped us find a painter etc- & we paid less for a better job than any of our other quotes.  The biggest thing about Sharon is everyone knows her- all the other realtors, and you can tell they respect her, and I cannot tell you how much that showed throughout our process.  We would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends or family.

We were very lucky to work with Meredith Price and Sharon Evans. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Meredith and Sharon understood and valued what was important to us. They have extremely knowledge of the Triangle area so they could guide us to exactly what we needed; in addition, they shared their experience with us making us to think and accomplish beyond of what we need it. 
Meredith and Sharon understood the importance of getting us our house, which is an investment property, and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain what we were looking for. They not only got us a great property, they made the process seem like a piece of cake. They kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continue to follow up with us. I can't thank their team enough.
Meredith and Sharon are five stars professionals, no doubt! They are all about integrity, excellence, extremely detailed and patient. On top of all this, they are such kind souls. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. 
We bought an excellent house beyond our expectations and Meredith and  Sharon are directly responsible for it.

Diana Marshall was amazing through out my entire process of buying my home.  She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive to all my questions/requests.  She was key to helping negotiate items I would have missed and was the driving force to get all things moving to close on time.  I would highly recommend working with her to anyone buying a home!!
