Jack Kohl took over my housing lease in the middle of year. They made sure to communicate with me and were very accommodating with the transition and everything in between. Issues were resolved easily and the staff was great. Overall I would recommend renting with them!

Do yourself a favor and rent from literally any other realty place. They never respond to voicemails or emails, their maintenance crew does a horrible job of repairing the space before you move in, and I get random emails about added charges/tickets for things that I did not even do. Oh yeah and be prepared to live with horrible decal stickers on your walls that they just painted over, even though the paint clearly peels right off. Never renting from them again.
