I lived in this community for over 2 years then moved to CA, I would say its a nice premium apartment homes in Streetsboro. Pros: Super nice and friendly staff, Kimberly and Jane are very kind and warm. Package receive and notification is great. Decent size fitness center with well maintained machine. Pool and garden for residents. Very pet friendly! They also have regular events for you to participate. Cons: Only thing I think they need improve is the road in community, there are some annoying pot holes that they tried to patch but not very effective. I lived in roomy 2 beds and 2 bath, and the apartment has great sunshine and finishes are pretty good.

We moved in almost a year ago. At first we loved it, Kim and Jen are very friendly and helpful, and I am not one to ever complain and I try to be as patient and understanding as possible but I have to share my experience with Potage Pointe. During 10 months we lived there we put up with everything from a bees nest on the balcony to the person above us letting there dog urinate on their balcony and it dripping all over ours. We complained to the office multiple times, it took almost 4 months before they were able to evict them. Long story short we were never even able to use our balcony. But we were very patient and understanding. Everything in the apartment is very cheap. The dishwasher only worked half of the time and when it flooded our floor we asked them to have maintenance fix it, they left a note saying there was nothing wrong with it. And another thing about maintenance, they are disrespectful. When they cleaned the apartment above us they were very loud. And I mean VERY loud for days in a row at almost 8pm. And they will try to keep as much as they can of your security deposit when you move out. They kept $200 of our security deposit for a stain on the carpet that was there when we moved in. And they claim to not have a copy of our original walk through paper where we marked that. They told me this was my fault because I should've made copies of it. So I advise if you are going to move in here that you make copies of everything you turn in and keep pictures. They also tried to say when we called that the carpet was also dirty and that was part of it. Which is also untrue, after we moved out we went back and cleaned that apartment spotless. The last thing we did before leaving and giving back the keys was vacuum the whole place. Long story short, If you like cheap things, broken appliances, not being able to use a balcony that you're paying extra for, lost documents, and not getting your money back, then this is the place for you! If not I advise you to think twice about living here and if you decide too, be careful to keep copies of everything and good luck!

I absolutely love living here! My 3 bedroom apartment feels more like a house than an apartment. The updates give it a modern feel and I love the wooded view out my windows. It's peaceful and everyone is very friendly. The staff is amazing and truly care about their residents! I highly recommend Portage Pointe!

These apartments are in a good location, convenient to everything you need, yet far enough away from Route 14 where you don't get traffic noise. The apartments are nice sized, appear to be well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. One thing I really like is the fact that the office is open 7 days a week so if I am out of town during the week, any packages that are delivered I can pickup on the weekend.

I have been here for almost two years now and simply put...I HAVE PEACE!!!! I have pleasant and thoughtful neighbors and a lovely apartment. I feel safe at all times and would recommend this complex to others.
