Have been going to this office for last 18 months.  On my last visit they collected more than just my copay & didn't understand why even after them telling me why.  I called my insurance & spoke to 2 different reps just to see if I could see what I was suppose to pay, & always had paid.  My insurance confirmed all I was suppose to pay was my copay & not a dollar more.  I called & spoke with.Pam at the office, in which on day 2 of speaking with her & her looking at my account said & agreed I should only pay my copay & would be writing me & mailing me a check for my overage.  Well almost 2 weeks later I have seen nothing & I know even with snail mail it should have been here by now.  I only live less than 10 min from their office.  Would have just been happy to pick up the check. Bad business practice by front office here.

Really hate that they don't have a star for 0 so I have no choice but to give it a 1 star. Horrible staff and Dr. did not give me any solution for my ringing ear. Feel as if I was rushed because when I left I noticed the Dr. jumping inside his fancy BMW and beating me out the parking lot. Your establishment sucks❗️❗️I drove all the way from Chicago under the impression that this was a great facility👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The front staff are dry as a bone. If  you are owed a refund you will have to call them to get it. The doctors lack any kind of personality. Rude business office

My family has used this practice for the past 25 years and have seen them adopt all of the newest techniques and evidence based practices.  They are highly structured, very warm and caring, and, while not everything might go as we would want or like, they do an overall amazing job for every one of their patients.  Probably the only suggestion I could give them would be to invest in more telephone lines so that patients don't get the busy signal so often.  :-)

Highly recommended! From the time we walked in the door the staff was friendly and efficient, a welcomed change from what has become the sterile norm of the medical profession in general. Dr Marra treated my wife with skill and efficiency, Dr Walsh followed up 2 days later with equivalent aplomb. We were very impressed, but more importantly experiencing healing from a double ear infection.
