My twin and I left another family practice doctor after years of feeling belittled by doctors whenever we discussed our medical concerns. We made the switch to find a doctor who would respect us and value our well-being and was local. Dr. Tess has been phenomenal from the get-go. He heard our concerns, openly went through his thinking process to deduce the possibilities, and was proactive on finding the solution. He explained everything we wanted to know and treated us as equals. It is because of him and his staff that my twin and I figured out a serious medical issue we both had (although displayed different symptoms). He never dismissed our concerns and sincerely wanted us to be better. From recommendations for specialists in the area to the staff always being so friendly and accommodating for our crazy schedule, I cannot recommend his office enough.
