The worst place ever. You arrive on time for appointment, expect to wait At least an hour or more for dr to see you. Call them to leave a message to call you back, next to impossible for them to return calls. I have a 1030 appointment I've been waiting hour and 42 minutes so far and all I need is my pain script, front desk is so rude. Do not recommend

rude receptionists, don't return calls, my Dr was great, until he left for a different group. Maybe he was tired of the nonsense too.

I had been seeing Dr. Najera for over a year. He has recently left the practice. Quite honestly he was the only reason I stayed with this practice. The staff are rude and impersonal. I had been waiting for a week for my regular refills and had been out of 1 for 5 days. Don't even think about getting any disability paperwork filled out. They'll hit you with a $50 charge each form every month. Have your primary get the notes and do it. The doctors are ok though of you can get past the staff and rude nurses.

Dr Abu is great. With that being said, scheduled an appointment for 10 AM a month in advance. They made me reschedule for an hour earlier but when I got there at 9 AM, I waited 2.5 hours and decided to write a review. They close at noon so it can't be too much longer but poor service and the staff was very defensive about it. Edit: They overbooked. His associate took care of me. They both are great doctors. Would recommend. Work on the management though

Dr. Abusharif is the best pain physician I have ever had. He takes into account my whole body, not just my pain issues, all my medical, and psychological issues.
