Besides bake goods they have chorizo and tamales. They make fresh batches of breads daily and they are under new management
Ordered a tres leches cake for a birthday and I just have to say it was SO delicious for a great price, will definitely be coming back. They make tamales, tortas, delicious bread, champurrado and coffee. They take NFTTap Pay payments as well as credit cards, if anyone is curious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
They have some of the best tamales which are freshly made daily. The workers are super nice.
The best hidden secret in El Monte. The pan dulce is amazing! So fresh and tasty. They have the mini versions of each pan dulce so if you want to be "good" you can buy those but they are so delicious you end up eating two...lol. I HIGHLY recommend it although I selfishly don't want everyone to find out about it. The building doesn't look like a bakery at first sight.
The tamales are soooo good. The chorizo is the best ever. The bolillos with queso and jalapenos are always a treat. The pandulce has to be purchased early because by midday the selection is smaller.
I just call! And they hang up on me.
Bread is good. Tamales not that great. I prefer Maria's bakery for tamales. But this place has better "pan dulce".
Ive been coming to this bakery for many years i love there bread and tamales. They have done many special occasion cakes that have an incredible taste.
I like the lady, she always have something nice to talk about .the tamales are great spicy and delicious
