We have known Chad probably 25 years. He is an outstanding mechanic that always is honest with his customers and tries to keep the bills at a modest rate. I am enraged by the allegations against him being racist. As I mentioned we've known him 25 years and know he would never harass someone and have never heard him say a racist word. My husband and children are Chinese. Through the years we have discussed differences between my hubby's heritage and American culture, but never anything disrespectful.  Chad has worked hard for years to build a great auto shop. He is a good person that would never harass a customer.  If you're looking for a good mechanic who is honest, Chad is the person you're looking for.

A quality working persons mechanic. Diagnosing the problem correctly with out throwing parts at it. A good person indeed.

Chad Cermak is the worst mechanic.  He's racist which equates to not smart, inexperienced, very overpriced.  I hope he closes his doors instead of subjecting more of his customers to being called terrorists and asking if they are suicide bombers and other inappropriate questions.

Absolutely disgusting what this man said to to Muslim customers. He asked them if they were wearing suicide vests. He was then charged with 3rd degree harassment. What does someone’s religion matter if they just need their car repaired? I will never visit this shop!
