I have had the pleasure of working with the CertaPro professionals on two jobs at my home. The first was taking an unfinished storage room and converting it into a bedroom. The second was a deck restoration on the back of my home. CertaPro handled all of my needs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. It was a great process dealing with the different managers involved in my projects. They were all extremely knowledgeable and very helpful if I had questions or concerns. I particularly enjoyed their carpentry crew headed up by Jordan. He is a fantastic carpenter and was very through. At night when you come home it was very relaxing to see the results from his work each day and it reassured me every night that I had made the right choice in picking CertaPro to do my projects. I am very satisfied with the results of my projects and highly recommend CertaPro if you are looking for home improvements. All the best to my new friends at CertaPro -- John, Knoxville, TN

I have hired CertaPro for both painting and contractor work at my personal home, and many of my seller clients have used them as well.  They are very professional all around; always on time, polite and very good at what they do.  In addition, I have never heard anything other than positive feedback from anyone I have recommended them to.  You can’t go wrong with CertaPro!

I have used CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee for a number of years because  of the superior quality of work, the job starts on the day promised and finished when promised, the workers clean up everything (there is no mess left behind), and am provided a written quote with no surprise costs or hidden fees. 
These are professionals who know what they are doing. I trust the workers to do work at my house and office.  It is a pleasure doing business with them, and highly recommend Jeff Brown and his company to all of my family, friends , and business associates for painting and other  related repairs. Tony (Residential Manager) and his team did an excellent job following up after the initial job making sure that everything was completed to a high standard.  They made a return trip to repaint some siding that we had replaced due to water damage and helped us identify some additional water issues that needed to be addressed.  Tony stopped by personally multiple times to ensure we were happy with the work.  We were glad to have a company that was looking out for our best interest and stood behind their work.  Thanks!
