The gentleman at this location is very helpful and friendly always have a very pleasant attitude. They keep me informed how long it will take to service my car, what I love the most they are very efficient when the working on your car.

Certified tire in Victorville California damaged four rims on a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Duramax. The vehicle was brought in for a very simple tire rotation and balance. The manager at the store as well as the corporate office Claimed ignorance on the damage and were highly evasive and rude. Joshua Darrow is the gentleman I spoke with, and he blatantly called me a liar. I had time stamped photos and videos of the truck prior to it entering their facility as it was just detailed at another shop. Consumer beware stay as far away from this place as possible! Their entry-level mechanics will damage your vehicle and they will not stand behind it. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully something will be done to rectify this. I was hoping to not have to inform others of their inferior professionalism, but their unwillingness to offer any concession in this matter is just wrong and people should know about it.

I drove in with a flat and they were able to repair it in under 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. They had great customer service as well! Would recommend them to anyone!
