ZERO stars to the person who closed shop tonight (2/12/18). I called just before 7:30pm inquiring on closing time. A female answered stating 9pm. Drove 20 mins to this location to pay my bill, because they open late (Buena Park Mall), and upon arriving at 8:02pm...NO ONE is there. I waited with my little girl for almost 30 mins (8:27pm) and STILL NO ONE arrived. The lights and computer were on, so the place was not closed. I left a handwritten and voice message stating my dissatisfaction and finally left! I'm not knocking the business, because I love their service, but the worker, I'm very displeased with. Management needs to follow-up with her whereabouts during this time and dock her for it!

This is the best Gary and his wife are fantastic. Talk about support does not get any better and the wait for service very short. But the best part is the relationship you build. Thank you for all your help
