I have been coming to this location for years. I have always had many more cars than I can drive at any one time, and these guys have ALWAYS been helpful in finding a good combination to meet my needs when I need them to do the mounting as well. But I really appreciate that they fixed a flat tire for me on a brand new lease car that got a nail in it on the day I drove it home and they didn't charge me a dime. Now that is customer service!

Scott is a resourceful sales manager. He gave me detailed information regarding different tires that I really didn't know about. I appreciate the quickness and the time they took to do the job right. Will recommend this place to family and friends. I go for the quality of the product and service and it's here at this shop. I respect the truthfulness as well, I thought I'd need an alignment but Scott ran the free diagnostic and informed me I did not need one.

On Friday the 13th, just before 6 pm, I discovered my front tire was leaking air. I called Good Year Tire and Service Center at 1485 First Street in Livermore, which was the nearest shop. Service Manager, Scott Hammons, told me they close at 6 pm and they were just about to close. I told him I was in the area having dropped off some high school students at Granada High School and was not sure what else to do. After he put me on hold for a few seconds, Scott said to "Come on over and let's see if we can help you out!" I arrived a little bit after 6 pm, and Scott's staff quickly and efficiently fixed the tire. I felt so badly that they stayed past 6 pm to see what they could do to fix the tire, but none of them even seemed to mind, and were more than willing to help. They were all so kind and made my lucky day! Thank you so much.
