Ruben, Assistant Manager came to my rescue today...taking me at the last minute on my way to catch a flight in Ontario, after finding a nail in rear tire.  He was friendly and professional.  I only waited 10 minutes and I was on my way.  Nice guys working in the shop as well.  Highly recommend!

Only tire company opened during Superbowl  Sunday!!!!!(which was a Blessing because I had to be at work at 9am and had a nail stuck in my tire )the Staff there were very friendly and was more than helpful and got things done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the results and customer serviced that i had received I would recommend anyone to go to this place. Dylan and team thank you guys

Certified tire in Victorville California damaged four rims on a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Duramax. The vehicle was brought in for a very simple tire rotation and balance. The manager at the store as well as the corporate office Claimed ignorance on the damage and were highly evasive and rude. Joshua Darrow is the gentleman I spoke with, and he blatantly called me a liar. I had time stamped photos and videos of the truck prior to it entering their facility as it was just detailed at another shop. Consumer beware stay as far away from this place as possible! Their entry-level mechanics will damage your vehicle and they will not stand behind it. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully something will be done to rectify this. I was hoping to not have to inform others of their inferior professionalism, but their unwillingness to offer any concession in this matter is just wrong and people should know about it.

Amazing employees I took my car in because my tire went flat they took it in right away and patched my tire without even charging me. Will deffenetly only go to the from now on!
