Toyota of Victorville service department has improved significantly over the years we have owned Toyota’s, from 2013 to now.  I got my 2016 sienna back like it came off the showroom floor after an oil change.  I worked with Tyler today, he assisted me with a routine service and mentioned a recall on the sliding doors that’s they could fix.  Tyler even arranged to have Bob shuttle me back home and there was no wait!  Everything was so streamlined.  Bob, my driver was very nice and personable.  I felt good after leaving the service department and even thought to myself that Toyota is a brand I want to be loyal to because of its dependability and service provided to maintain dependability.  The service is hassle free and convenient.  Thank you for your excellent customer service Tyler and Bob!

Ray "The Cuban" sold me the truck. Best experience so far for buying cars and I've bought a few. 
Ron Kilpatrick did the finance and was equally great at his job. Covered everything with me so I knew what I was getting.
Both these men my experience one of the greatest. They both went far beyond my expectations.
Next car or truck I'll be coming back.

Good experience! Got what I came for and was pretty straight up. Mrs.Vega was helpful. Everyone who passed by said hello or good morning. Very friendly staff. Just think that they should have made a better attempt to get me in a better model once we established that we were going to be well under what I wanted my payments to be. I am happy with what I got. Thanks.

Yesterday I traded in my car and purchased a new 2018 Toyota Corolla at Valley Hi. The customer service I was provided by Luis, Gabriel, and Bobby was EXCELLENT. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best possible deal, even though the situation I presented them with was a bit complicated. Thanks again to this amazing group at Valley Hi! You guys were great!!

Excellent service dept. Jackie does a great job just as Jim Perrine used to do. She is an great person to see when you arrive. The prices do keep going up for the oil change and they need to make more of an effort to keep that down. Otherwise they are very good. Like the waiting room and the free hot drinks and snacks etc.
