I am a hugger and everyone at Valley Hi Honda got (and deserved) numerous hugs!  That is how grateful I am for the wonderful service from day 1 contacting Joshua Peterson (internet manager) to working with Dion Martinez (sales and leasing consultant) to drive away in my new, beautiful Cosmic Blue Metallic Civic!

I knew my budget and Joshua was INCREDIBLY patient, honest, straight-forward, helpful and always responsive to every single question I had.  Dion was wonderful from the minute he opened the door for me, to the test-drive, for working through paperwork and finishing up everything to be where I had hoped on a new car lease.  The business manager who did all final lease paperwork and financing was so nice, easy to understand and also incredibly helpful.  Car was detailed for me with gas and now it is mine!  The owner even came out to say goodbye and he was as nice as everyone else.  I truly don’t write reviews and I know I sound like a fake review...but I drove an hour and a 1/2 just because of what I had heard and they deserve the time it takes to write a review.  Thank you to the whole team.  It was an easy process from start to finish and I had a million questions and variables to work with and I think what I appreciated the most was that everything just felt normal and they made it easy.  I will recommend Valley Hi.  These guys care.  I actually asked for their cards so I could write a review and I am at a restaurant just down the street with my new car outside and was so happy...I decided to write the review now!

Sonny Cruz provided excellent customer service during our car buying process. Ryan Rocha was very helpful to get us a great price.  Thank you valley hi Honda for making this a fun and smooth experience.

Valley Hi Honda has an outstanding team of helpful, knowledgeable people, who go out of their way to deliver an enjoyable and informative buying experience.  No pressure.  Just well-informed team members who can answer any questions you have. And their job is made even easier by the quality Honda products they deliver.

Very satisfied with Hi Valley Honda. Came in to just check if we would qualify we got helped by Jason and the experience was not as chaotic as I though it would be. They worked with us and got us the best possible deal. Thanks Jason for helping us out and getting us what we wanted. Definitely will recommend our friend and family here.

Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had! My sister and I walked in not knowing what to expect, being since this was our first time making a big decision without someone to facilitate. Ashely was there to greet us at the door. She immediately made us feel so welcomed. Her knowledge of cars is impeccable and made us feel so at ease knowing she knew her information. There was never any pressure and always patient to answer questions over and over again. Manager Michelle made us feel so welcomed and made sure our decision was going to leave us happy. We were so happy with the service that my sister decided to buy a car too. We both left happy and blessed to have connected with such wonderful people. Thank you to all the staff and I don't want to forget Jesus, who also was there to help a long the way. This location made us feel like family and we highly recommended them. Much love valley hi !
