I used to call them several times a week to get to work. They used to be relatively prompt but eventually I found myself waiting sometimes over an hour every time and being late to work regularly. I started calling a few hrs ahead of time and scheduling a pick up. Then one day they showed up 45 minutes early and dispatch refused to let the driver wait for me to even get into my work clothes. I'd rather roller skate to work than give them another dime.

Cab company is horrible & the people are so rude. I literally catch a cab every other weekend & I call for pick ups at least 1 - 1 1/2 before I need to leave & not a day has came where a driver wasn’t 20-30 min late. Then in the mornings when it’s time to leave, I get off at 7 & the drivers always come BEFORE 7 & leave before I even get off of work.They can’t wait 5 min for me to be relieved from my co-worker, but can make me wait 30 min & make me late to work. & sitting waiting for dispatch to reply BEFORE we even drive off is dumb & doesn’t do anything but WASTE MORE time especially for those who may be already late to work because of the drivers.

The people who work there are terrible and their service is horrible. I would give them a zero if I could.

They are very RUDE!!!!!!!!! I called once before my class ends to let them know that I will be out at 4:45 and that I need a ride. They kept me waiting until 5:20 if I am not mistaken. The problem is that I called BILLIONS of times and the lady and the man hung up the phone on me and when I asked why do u keep hanging up the phone? She was screaming back at me and she hung up the phone again. I ordered a car from Cargo and he was there in TWO minutes! Another day, I decided to call them again because lets face it, they are cheaper than Cargo. So I called them at 3:30 and asked to be picked up at 4:45. They said ok! But when I got out of the class, no one was there! I called to see where is he at and asked the dispatcher very politely: is the driver coming to ... building? He said ( do not call) and hung up the phone. I am asking here who is working for who? I wish they fire these rude dispatchers or they will be out of business pretty soon.

It would be quicker to find a horse and buggy than wait for these clowns... shame our tax dollars are finding this nonescense
