Extremely disgusted with service. Turned off phone and no contact after pick up was arranged.

Called days in advance to have a driver pick up four guest at night in Cape Girardeau. When the evening arrived last night, they turned their phone off. I attempted to reach them several times to try and have closure, but nothing. They have yet to contact me back via text or call. Having to make reservations elsewhere last minute is inconvenient, they could of at least given me a courtesy call to say they would not be available. I do not recommend

The driver was very friendly, I forgot her name. She was on time for the scheduled pick up this afternoon. I did not have the same experience as the last person that left a review. That must have been a different driver or an un-ordinarily busy day or something. 
The price was very good compared to many other cabs I've taken. And I've taken literally hundreds of cabs in dozens of cities. If or when I need a cab in this town, I'll be using them for sure.

Driver was smoking and texting the whole drive. Showed up 45 minutes late the first night on a SCHEDULED pickup, and 15 minutes late the next. Would give lower stars if possible.
