Mr Howard was reasonably quick to arrive after I called him and he even gave me a discount since I only had to go down the road & back (less than 1&1/2 miles)  He is an individual business owner, so don't call late night for your first ride with him or he's liable to not take the fare for safety sake...but once you use him & he locks you in his contacts, you're good for whatever time.  He was extremely courteous and professional and keeps a clean ride.
