I can't talk anything about doctor yet because I didn't get a chance to even know them. I was looking for new Physical care and I found CHA so thought I will look for a physical care in that. So I finally did and I booked my appointment for New Physical with a new Doctor.  I walk into appointment and then from no where they say that it a not a Physical but just an Establish care Appointment. And it didn't make any sense to me. 

CHA said they are establishing a care for me  - which does not make any sense to me. You can establish care with the patient during the physical and also if you need any paperwork you could have requested before hand.
Doctor walks in and asks me just some general questionnaire and problems I have and asks me to sign papers to get records from my previous doctor and the appointment is done. That is establish care. 
And I have to come back later for Physical.  And obviously my Insurance will pay for my physical and not for my establish care and I have to pay money for that. And this was clearly not communicated to me. If So I would have never taken a appointment with them.

I am not going to go back to them. But anyway I will be charged because they tried to establish care with me . 

My husband as been with them for two years and same thing happened to him he called them for a yearly physical and then he goes to appointment and we get a bill and then they say it was not physical it was a regular office visit. 

I am really disappointed with Communication from CHA. My husband will also be looking for new Doctor outside CHA.

Doctor Joseph is the best doctor and the best doctor for my 13-year-old son. All the time thoughtful. Thank you always

Dr. Roll and all the staff are terrific - based on about ten year history.   Highly recommended.  Top drawer. The best.
