They scheduled me for an 8am appointment and requested that I come in at 7:50am. I even received a text confirming my appointment. When I arrived, the doors were locked to the suite. I called to let them know I was there, only to be informed that they do maintenance on their machines on Tuesdays and that they already had another patient scheduled for 8:30am. The receptionist had an attitude. I was informed that it was human error, although the receptionist did not sound sorry at all (I was inconveniencing her), and that I would have to reschedule. When I complained that I took time off from work to make this appointment, she reluctantly agreed to fit me in an hour and a half later.

There's a parking lot behind the hospital. It's usually free for hospital patients. Handicap parking is available. Parking is also available on the street but that is hard to come by. This facility is also on the MBTA, Blue Line, Revere Beach Stop. The 110 bus also gets you there. The hospital staff is great and they're friendly. There's adult medicine, pediatrics, lab, pharmacy, P.T. and specialty departments.

Very convenient, and it has everything I needed. It saves me many trips to Revere and or Boston

They need more staff to do for the blood taking, waited over an hr after my specialist appt. To get my blood taking not to mention the woman used a butterfly needle that left my arm all bruised the needle was huge and the woman retracted the needle which hurt like hell because she moved the huge gauged "green butterfly needle which I don't need , my veins are visible and pop out and can be seen very clearly with or without the turnicit inside my arm very rude and ignorant some are.. also they need to manage the PCP schedules or get more Drs because I have to wait until the end of Jan. Just to get a physical thats over due almost 8months now.
