Nice Doctors office and location on the beach. Been coming here for years and noticed they have had the same friendly staff for years and years. That tells alot about the office and the staff. Love my daughter's Dr. Kirsten Oh in Pediatrics she is the best!!

I have not experienced this facility as a patient but I work with them professionally and I've never had a complaint.

They scheduled me for an 8am appointment and requested that I come in at 7:50am. I even received a text confirming my appointment.  When I arrived, the doors were locked to the suite.  I called to let them know I was there, only to be informed that they do maintenance on their machines on Tuesdays and that they already had another patient scheduled for 8:30am.   The receptionist had an attitude. I was informed that it was human error, although the receptionist did not sound sorry at all (I was inconveniencing her), and that I would have to reschedule.  When I complained that I took time off from work to make this appointment, she reluctantly agreed to fit me in an hour and a half later.

There's a parking lot behind the hospital. It's usually free for hospital patients.  Handicap parking is available. Parking is also available on the street but that is hard to come by. This facility is also on the MBTA, Blue Line, Revere Beach Stop. The 110 bus also gets you there. The hospital staff is great and they're friendly. There's adult medicine, pediatrics, lab, pharmacy, P.T. and specialty departments.
