Fantastic !!! our family used the duplex cabins and center meeting house for Thanksgiving it was great! The facilities were basic but comfortable and no one had to host all of us at thier home. The park is beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. Great experience.

Good scenery.  Picnic tables, a few walking trails.  Convenient place to pull off for a break.

Stayed in cabin #7. Started with wife being stung by a wasp inside cabin in first 10 minutes then the dog when we opened the door and myself when I took a drink out of my pop. The girls at the office acted like it was a standard problem. No help at all. If I could get a refund I would. Will not be returning again. After a 8 hour drive to get here. I wish I would have gone to a different state park. Bring your own wasp spray with you!!!!!

Just one thing: We tried to primed on Amazon to get the solar glasses but it never came! All local stores were sold out. We camped here for the solar eclipse and the park office was giving away FREE solar eclipse glasses. I will give them 6 stars if I could. 👍👍👍
Oh,  do check out the "outlook trail", it is GORGEOUS!

Clean facilities well kept.we only stayed 1 nite wizh we couldve stayed longer.very reasonably cost not far from town
