A great family owned business! They are very helpful and full of knowledge. They did excellent when sizing my kids bicycles. They only sell name brand bicycles and each brand is of top quality. They last, have a great warrenty, look great, are able to be repaired and serviced, and stand up to the abuse kids give them. They take bikes on trade also do when your kid outgrows their bike you can trade it in towards their new one!

I've been riding for five years now and I am a constant perfectionist with the four bike's that I bought from them. I want them riding exactly the way I want. Reflecting on five years of riding, it is hard to find a bike mechanic that can keep up with my idea of perfection. Every bike shop in Augusta has their imperfections in bike maintenance and repair. Keeping that in mind, if I were to have my bike repaired according to my sense of perfection it is a pot luck kind of thing. Sometimes I get disappointed with the repairs of my bike at Chain reaction and go somewhere else. Whatever bike shop I take it too might also make a mistake and maybe they don't adjust my front derailleur right or some small thing that I feel they could do better on. And then sooner or later I go back to Chain Reaction because of one difference. The difference is that they feel approachable. They do what ever it takes to make it right. After that you have to learn on your own which bike shop to go to depending on what you want done but if you are buying a bike and you want a wonderful experience, go to Chain reaction where every one will know your name. If they don't, it won't take long. The four star rating is only because their maintenance is not completely perfect but then no one's is.
