Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Offers several rides a week: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Completes work when promised. Has frequent sales.

I’ve went to this bike shop for a number of years but I believe Brett is ruining the shop, he tries to overcharge you for everything now, Outspokin is a Bosch dealer, so they are supposed to update their Bosch equipment for free, you are not supposed to charge the customers for a free update. This is one of the most recent garbage things a person can do. I love their bike mechanics because they try to help you out but Bret has pushed my buttons with overcharging me too many times now, Andy Jordan’s is a much better shop and they don’t overcharge or overprice you, anytime I get a problem I’m going to Andy Jordan’s or the eBicycle store in Greenville SC, where they pride themselves on customer satisfaction!

I took my bike there for a tuneup and the bike didn’t ride well after the tuneup. The chain kept coming off. Upon taking it to another shop it was discovered that the only thing they did was replace wire cables but didn’t replace necessary components. Don’t waste your time going to this bicycle shop.

I purchased a bicycle from there and had great customer service.  I've gone in several times for service with no questions asked, until today the employee asked if I had purchased the bike from them. I  was surprised by that,  once I told him I purchased from them I received service that I received when I ordered my bicycle.
