I was there on today and I have to tell you, the staff were awesome. I purchased a couple of items and I left happy. I will buy a road bike from them soon. They are knowledgeable, straight forward, and won't hassle you into buying something. Thank you CTown!!!

I came in to have a broken spoke on my bike fixed and they took care of it immediately and thoroughly. The mechanic observed that my seat was crooked and even fixed that too, leaving my bike in way better shape than when I came in. Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The cost of my repair was reasonable and long story short, I wouldn't trust any other place with my bike needs other than C-Town Bikes.

I always got the best service here. Now that I have a basis of comparison, I really miss doing business here. Some Good points worth noting:

-Good communication.

-Low service fees.

-Professional knowledge.

-Friendly,honest people.

- No hassle ever.

C-town has earned it's 5 stars from me.

star is not good enough, half a star would do it justice. .... Today I walked into C-town bike really excited about getting a new bicycle. I was not greeted nor did anyone ask if I needed any assistance. I stood in line for a moment and patiently waited. I stepped out of line to look around, just to see if the bike I found on their website was visible. I circled around the bikes and saw that the line died down. I walked to the help desk and the gentleman that was standing there was fidgeting with a receipt to put into a job ticket envelope. He looked me up and down then turned away. Again no ma'am I will be right with you or anything. I will say this my experience at C-town bikes was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
